Open for children born on or between 2 January 2012 and 1 January 2013. Open for Singapore Citizen and Singapore PR only.

24 March 2018 (Saturday) - 6 April 2018 (Friday)

 

Saturday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.

 

Weekdays: 10.00 am - 2.00 pm.

 

No Application Exercise on Sundays and Friday 30 March due to a Public Holiday (Good Friday)

Of Applicant (Child)

 

1. Child's birth certificate; and Certificate of Citizenship (if applicable)

2. Deferment Letter from Ministry of Education (if applicable)

3. Kindergarten Progress report

4. Immunisation Report at Health Booklet page 57 and 58

5. Medical Report (if any)

6. Kindergarten development progress booklet

 

Of Parents

 

1. Identification Card of Both Parents or/and Guardians (if any)

2. Other related documents: Marriage, divorce, custody, death, adoption etc certificates/papers

3. For application made by guardian, please bring along:

   1. an authorisation letter from the parents; or;

   2. the Marriage Certificate of step-parents (where applicable).

 

Submission of Required Documents and Payment

To ensure that the application form is duly completed and accepted, please send us these documents and $20.00 (non-refundable) administrative fee latest by Friday, 6 April 2018 (by 2.00 pm).

 

• By coming down personally to Madrasah Al-Ma’arif Al-Islamiah.

• There is no photocopy service in Madrasah Al-Ma’arif, therefore, you are required to make a copy before coming to the School.

• Payment mode: Cash or NETS.

 

Results

 

• Applicants will be informed of the results of their application through post or email in the second week of May 2018.

• The Madrasah’s decision is final.

• For unsuccessful applicants, please ensure that the child/ward is registered in a national school as required by the Compulsory Education Act (Cap 51).
